Garretts Sporting Goods was founded in 1989 in Avery Texas as a private retail sporting goods store catering to individuals, Shooting Sports Clubs, and Law Enforcement Agencies. Our President and founder Stan Garrett, has extensive experience in contracting, manufacturing, and testing Military munitions, armament, weapon systems, body armor, and night vision devices through years of working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and in the sporting goods field. All of our employees and associates are firearms enthusiast and have their License To Carry Permits. The goal of Garretts Sporting Goods/GOSGUNS is to ensure high quality products and services for our customers. Although we can order any sporting goods item you want, the our primary focus is high end, high quality products related to the Shooting Sports and Law Enforcement. Our primary product lines include Firearms, Ammunition, Supressors and all Class 3 (NFA) items, Optics, Night Vision Devices (NVD), Hearing Enhancement/Protection, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Body Armor. We have extended our online business to supplies for all sports and outdoor enthusiast. We offer full line Gunsmithing services, Firearms Training, and specialized coatings including Cerakote (by certified applicators) and Nickle Boron are available through Garretts Sporting Goods via sub tier contracted vendors that are approved by and contracted Garretts Sporting Goods.
